Waste of money!Delivery driver forgot dip.Pizza was a mess in the box due to poor driving.Pizza is so thin it's ridiculous.
Pre ordered a pizza at 5 for delivery at 7. Was 45 minutes late and cold when it finally got here called the shop and was told to check my order tracker not very good customer service at all ...
The last two time ordered from here both times the pizza turned up cold absolutely appalling customer service from the staff with the exception of the assistant manager Shaun still will never order here again

So Risca Dominos you suck on so many levels! Firstly, when someone orders gluten free make gluten free piza! Dont go ringing up to check an order! Thats what the apps for. Secondly, if someone calls answer the damn phone! Its called customer service you muppets! Thirdly, when the customer has to drive all the way down to have the full order remade as its gotten cold while trying to call your ignorant butts, you dont argue about it when you made food that someone has an allergy to, you refund It especially when that pizza is going to a diabetic family! And you offer credit if you ever want another order again you 3.5 star waste of spaces!But above all else when a customer complains your not answering your calls and is in the takeaway, you dont let them stand their listening to your phone ring for 20 minutes when there's about 10 of you behind the counter!P.S pick up the pizza boxes on the floor in your waiting area! They are a food hygiene issue if you use them and a health and safety issue to customers! Its a place of work not your bedroom floor!
