Reply to BQ cars. The fiesta i part ex with you was a good car with brand new steering costing 1600. It was driving beautiful when I px it with you. And for the little 1500 you paid me for for a mk 7 fiesta with x pack. And Body kit with Bluetooth and leather seats. And they selling for a lot more than u gived meEven tho with 129000 milliege on it. The alloys was 500 on there. I can guarantee you made a (healthy profit on bmw and fiesta) Then the way I got treated with after sales is a laugh! Please check my reviews I leave good reviews for good companys. Theres 2 sides to every story With the bonnet catch u taking the mick!! Saying I broke that!!!!!!! Never worked soon I left the garage like with the half mot car u sold me with worn out brakes on my new bmw which I hardly drove before I at spend a lot of cash to sort it out myself but Happy to speak to you Craig about this-review. But please dont reply blaming the customer like all other garages. And With the parking ticket we ask you a lot of times to sort it out but you didnt m8.which they started to get heavy with court proceedings but soon as I shouted at your salesman to sort it out.u don something and sorted it out hopefully (On a positive note) you do have lovely cars in but make sure the basics are working tidy for people and decent mots on cars before selling them on 2 people. And May be you want ask Nigel how I was spoken 2 Before I reacted bk aswell!!

Disappointed I got a leave a bad review For bq cars. As I thought these guys was honest people! I Bought msports from them Which should have been road worthy for the next year!! I Needed all new brakes and broken disc on bk of car after only 1 month. When I phoned bq cars and said this shouldnt have happen after only having the car a short while!! Nigel the salesman Lied on phone to me about the bmw was mechanically checked with new mot. Before I bought car of them. Which I found out it havent been mot since last April! and I bought the car in November So I paid 6000 for a car with half mot aswell. When I phone 2nd time to explain brakes shouldnt have gone this quick! Nigel Very rude on phone. And said do it yourself! Shocking And to cap things off. I am having parking fines for a car I part ex to them. Which They occurred with having car off me. And they still havent sorted it out! Be careful people! U pay a lot of money for there cars. It seems there attitude changes when u drive from bq garage and they got the cash. Thats how I feel
I bought a Volvo V70 from this dealer-what a great car , immaculate condition and the guys, Nigel, Craig and Terry were excellent. No hassle viewing, great after service too, nothing has been too much trouble. This is how a small independent dealer should be. I'd recommend going to check this garage out to anyone looking for good cars at a decent price that are immaculately presented.
